DO YOU WANT TO RETURN A WORKING PRODUCT THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH?

Contact us within 21 calendar days after delivery of the goods.

Whatever the reason, you can return one or more products that you are not satisfied with, provided that:

 

  • the products are new, in working order, undamaged, packed in their original packaging and including all accessories;

  • the packages are complete (we do not accept boxes of 50 needles with 49 needles for example);

  • the products are resalable (do not write on, mark, tear, bend or break the packaging);

  • the return costs are at your own expense;

  • it is not jewellery, audiovisuals or books;

 

We reserve the right to verify the conditions of the return before issuing the credit note or refund.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED NON-FUNCTIONAL, DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS?

Report the problem to us within 8 calendar days after delivery of the goods.

 

If you receive:

  • a damaged product that does not work right away (DOA);

  • the product has characteristics that differ from those described on the website;

 

In this case, at our expense, we will immediately replace the product with a new one or refund your purchase in full.

 

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Unless extended warranties are indicated on the individual product page, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.

If a product you have purchased has a defect or stops working, within 12 months from the date of purchase, the product is under Warranty. Repair costs will be borne by us.

It will be sufficient to return the product to us, with shipping paid by you, together with proof of purchase.

 

The Warranty lapses when:

  • the malfunction is caused by the customer;

  • abnormal use has been made of the product, or the product has been used for an unintended purpose;

  • parts are subject to normal wear and tear or are part of normal maintenance (e.g. batteries, cables).

 

OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Includes all requests made AFTER the expiry of the Warranty period.

In this case we will be happy to support you in repairing the goods, but the repair and shipping costs will be borne entirely by you.

In this case, we will immediately ask the manufacturer if the damage is repairable and, if so, we will get an exact quote to inform you of the repair costs quickly.
