WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Goods leave from our Italian warehouse.

You will not incur customs taxes and additional charges if you are purchasing from any European country.

For non-European countries, taxes levied by customs in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

It is impossible for us to estimate additional charges and we strongly recommend that you check import laws and tax rates for tattoo equipment before completing a purchase.

If a customer refuses to pay tax and decides to return the package, all costs for returning the goods, including customs clearance, will be deducted from the payment received prior to refund.

MINIMUM ORDER

No minimum order quantity.

PRICES

All prices quoted are in Euro.

Prices and offers may be subject to change without notice.

VAT

• For orders shipped within Italy, the site charges 5% or 22% VAT (depending on the type of product)
• For orders shipped within Europe, the site automatically does not charge VAT if the customer has provided a valid VAT number. You can independently check the validity of your VAT number here: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation . Otherwise, it charges the VAT rate applicable in the country of destination of the shipment.
• For orders shipped outside Europe, the site does not charge VAT (you will pay the tax directly to customs).

PAYMENT METHODS

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is in advance.

We accept payment by:

    ·     Cash on delivery (we do not accept cheques, cash only);

• Credit card;
• PayPal;
• Bank transfer;
• ScalaPay (payment in 3 instalments at zero interest).

SHIPPING

Our team will take care of same-day dispatch of orders received and paid for by 5.00 p.m. for Italy and 2.00 p.m. for all other countries.

After that time, orders will be shipped the next day (orders received on Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday).

Delivery is within 24/48 hours for mainland Italy and 48/72 for the islands.

For orders sent outside Italy, estimated delivery times are indicated at the time of ordering according to the type of delivery service chosen by the customer.

Delivery times are approximate.

On Saturdays and Sundays couriers do not collect or deliver goods.

JEWELLERY

Our jewellery is sold to professionals acting in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity and not to the final consumer. It therefore lacks the information pursuant to art. 6 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

FORCE MAJEURE

In any case of force majeure, or fortuitous event, we shall not be liable for the delay or non-execution of deliveries, and we shall be entitled to terminate the contract in whole or in part or suspend or postpone its execution.

COMPETENCE

For any dispute, the Court of Pescara shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

CONSUMER CODE

By our Policy we do not sell to private consumers.

The purchaser, by accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sale, warrants that the purchase of the products is for professional use only.

Therefore, the protections provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), such as, for example, the extension of the warranty up to 24 months and the right of withdrawal, do not apply.
