Free shipping, in Italy and San Marino, for orders over 98 euros.

Free shipping in France, Belgium, Germany and Spain, for orders over 198 euros.

Promotion not valid for remote areas and for particularly heavy and/or bulky products.

You can also pay cash on delivery (COD).

Can be combined with other current offers (e.g. Coupons).

Not applicable for heavy or bulky goods.

The order amount is net of VAT.

DELIVERY TIMES

We boast the fastest delivery times in the Tattoo & Piercing supply industry!

Our team will take care of same-day shipment of orders received by 5 p.m. for Italy and by 2 p.m. for the rest of Europe.

After that time, orders will be shipped the next day (orders received on Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday).

On Saturday and Sunday couriers do not collect and deliver goods.

You will receive the link to track your parcel as soon as we hand over the shipment to the courier.

TRANSPORT COSTS

The costs are charged to the customer and vary depending on the weight, volume and value of the order.

Transport costs also include handling and packaging costs.

We will choose the fastest, safest and most economical solution for your shipment.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase, based on the volumetric weight of the order.

For non-European countries, taxes levied by customs in the destination country are charged to the customer upon delivery.

It is impossible for us to estimate additional charges and we strongly recommend that you check import laws and tax rates for tattoo equipment before completing a purchase.

If a customer refuses to pay tax and decides to return the package, all costs for returning the goods, including customs clearance, will be deducted from the payment received prior to refund.
