GREY from the Perma Blend Luxe I Love Ink Eyebrow Collection by Tina Davies is a medium to dark grey shade with a yellow base. This pigment can be used on clients with greying or 'salt and pepper' hair and fair, beige and olive skin tones. It can be also used to cover orange, red and green.
