The Sunset Brow Collection is a collaboration between Perma Blend LUXE and expert permanent make-up artist Tina Davies.

It contains 3 bottles of warm eyebrow pigments designed for use on clients with red hair and cool undertones, as well as 1 bottle of Thick Shading Solution.
This reformulated version of the set is EU REACH compliant.

All pigments included in this set can be used on their own or as warm modifiers for other eyebrow pigments.
